I just love people who think it is their right to destroy other people's property by spray painting on it.
I chuckled at the saying (but agreeing with twisi about the vandalizing), and it all recalled a speech pattern that is common among my "folk" in these parts. We commonly add "or something" to a yes/no question as in, "Are you going to the store or something?" If you thing about it, the answer is always yes.
