Excuse me, who are you texting so frantically?

- Saul Holden
Nothing frantic about it. I have fast thumbs.

When did fast thumbs become a positive atribute?
How do you train your thumbs? How fast is fast?

I'm guessing it comes from playing with the controllers for video games. My sons have flying thumbs from pressing colored buttons and little plus signs.

I am challenged doing hunt and peck on a keyboard!

I once saw an illustration of the human body, scaled according to the amount of nerve endings in any given area - looming large, among other things, were the nose, teeth, soles, and the fingers and thumbs. The thumbs were huge.
