I had to read it outloud twice too.
They totally stole that from Blink-182's album "Take Off Your Pants and Jacket" -- which was only slightly less veiled in the innuendo there. :P
Oh, ps, Paul...the hat thing? Hat's gone on your head so it may be a euphemism regarding that. I think that's where they're going with that. I don't know for sure -- I've never been to a sperm bank.
